Dr.M.L. Dhawale Memorial Trust Urban Charitable Clinics

Taking positive health care to the doorsteps of the needy through Homoeopathy has been the objective of our trust, which we are trying to fulfill by associating with like-minded individuals and organizations to cater to the deprived urban populace at nominal costs With the above objective, we have established 4 Charitable Homoeopathic Clinics in different parts of the city of Mumbai.Presently at the following locations in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai- Jogeshwari,Mahul, Santacruz and Ghansoli. Our patient population varies from poor fishermen’s families , low-lying slum areas, areas where even the official medical social worker does not go regularly, to a poor area where an We treat them all, taking care to extend the same concern that is usually reserved for ‘good class’ people.

Though all these urban clinics work on charitable basis and a not-for-profit principle, they strictly follow the principles set by our founder Dr.M. L Dhavale that charitable work did not mean sub-standard work; it was a ‘no compromise’ on the system. The patient was better only because the trained physicians attending the clinic were able to document and examine the case and prescribe the indicated medicines.

ICR –JOGESHWARI (E)

The clinic is situated in a large pocket of slum across the highway comprising of migrant Muslim illiterate & poor population with low awareness of health and hygiene This is the first clinic that was started in 1984.
