Homoeopathy is a mature science, but it also needs continuity in training. This enables the practitioner to gain more command and finesse over clinical and homoeopathic skills.
Group discussion has always been the heart of the ICR method of study. The modern medical parlance already has a concept of Continued Medical Education. Therefore, following similar lines, we
decided to conduct online sessions for the purpose group discussions to help the alumni keep tuned into this aspect. We launched the CHME in September 24. The sessions are conducted from MLDT, Malad Centre; the distant participants join through zoom.
The case material is distributed in advance. Learners use this platform to present their cases of clinical success and journey to help others learn from their experience. They also learn from their own past errors through the method of reflection.
This course is also conducted under the mentorship and guidance of Dr. Sunil Bhalinge. We have completed 1 year of Wednesday CHME sessions and have successfully progressed into the second year.
