1. Refund and Returns Policy

At Dr. M.L. Dhawale Memorial Trust Publications, we strive to ensure that our medical literature and academic resources reach you in perfect condition. Since we deal in printed educational material, our policy is as follows:

Returns & Replacements

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns are only accepted if the book received is physically damaged, has printing defects (e.g., missing pages), or if the wrong title was shipped.
• Reporting Window: Any such issues must be reported to us via email at [publicationsmldt@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item received.
• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

• Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
